A neurobiological method for measuring human intelligence is provided to suggest that neurometric model integrating structural and functional measures of brain introduce a new neuroscientific methodology to measure human intelligence, thereby assisting in treatment of dementia disease. A method for measuring neurometric IQ(Intelligence Quotient) includes the steps of acquiring MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and fMRI(Functional MRI) images for brains of the subjects, processing the images measured, determining structural predictors and functional predictors for cerebra of the subjects from the processed image, and using the structural predictors and the functional predictors to measure the intelligence of the subjects.
