Switching power supply with transformer

摘要

The circuit transformer (1) has primary and secondary windings (2, 3) with a switching controller (5) in the primary side. The secondary side includes a voltage- and current regulator circuit (6a). A control signal is formed from a rectified and smoothed output voltage (32). This is sent to the switching controller (5) via an interface (7) in the form of an opto-electronic coupler. In novel design, the regulator circuit (6a) is also supplied with a rectified-, but not smoothed secondary voltage.
