A device and a method for connecting a VIP(Very Important Person) customer and an ARS(Automatic Response Service) device by linking with the Internet are provided to enable the VIP customer to talk with an agent in a one-touch mode without delay by connecting a call to an ARS center automatically and interconnecting a mobile terminal of the VIP customer and the agent when the VIP customer clicks an ARS button on a connected webpage. A web interface module(101) outputs a phone number of a sender mobile terminal and an ARS center when a sender clicks an ARS button on a wired/wireless webpage, and receives/outputs a call connection state between the sender and the agent of the ARS center. A call processing module(102) connects the call with the ARS center by using the received phone number, interconnects the agent and the sender mobile terminal, and provides the call connection state. An external line interface module(103) transmits call information to the mobile network. A switching module(104) switches the mobile terminals connected to the external line interface module. A CDR(Charging Data Record) generating module(105) generates and stores a CDR by billing the call terminated in the call processing module. |
