<p>The device has a supporting foot as a ground anchorage of tubular, conical cross-section and thread turns in which a circular cross-section pipe (5) to be mounted upright can be inserted and a locking device (9-17) for use between the foot and the pipe with an eccentric holder for permanent vertical alignment and fixing of the pipe. The locking device consists of a pair of upper and lower annular disks (9,10) with larger internal diameter than the external diameter of the pipe and a pair of intermediate adjustment disks (13,14) in mutual engagement.</p> |
