<p>Specific primers for detection of tabacco streak virus are provided to improve specificity of detection by performing the species specific detection through RT-PCR(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction), and enhance limit of detection by resolving non-specific reactions of serological diagnosis. Specific primers for detection of tabacco streak virus used for RT-PCR comprise at least one nucleic acid fragment selected from the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NOs:1, 2, 5 and 7, complementary sequences thereof and mutated sequences which are prepared by deletion, addition or substitution of partial bases, wherein the primer is a combination of a nucleic acid fragment of SEQ ID NO:1 and a nucleic acid fragment of SEQ ID NO:7, or a combination of a nucleic acid fragment of SEQ ID NO:2 and a nucleic acid fragment of SEQ ID NO:5.</p> |
