A form panel for chamfer is provided to use as a panel for a form and to have a chamfering function by coupling strips to a body. A form panel(P) for chamfer comprises a body(10) formed to have the corresponding shape and size to the shape and size of a projection plane of a concrete molding body such as a column, a wall or a cross beam, and two strips(13) formed on the top(10a) of the body and arranged on two sides of the projection plane of the concrete molding body to chamfer the concrete molding body. The strip is composed of a contact plane(13a) contacted with a cross beam, a coupling plane(13b) connected with the top of the body, an exposed plane(13c) abutting on another panel, and an end(13d) the angular point contacted with a side panel to assemble with another panel, wherein a pointed part including the end is formed on the top of a part composed of the contact plane and the exposed plane of the strip and made of soft materials.
