A safety settlement service method of internet contents with credit card points is provided to perform authentication and settlement by an end-to-end method to prevent leakage of personal information originally, thereby preventing illegal usage of other people. A web service processing unit(210) publishes an electronic certificate and stores related information thereof in a certificate DB(250). And the web service processing unit performs credit card point settlement by receiving settlement information and the electronic certificate. A certification processing unit(230) verifies the settlement and the electronic certificate information on the basis of the electronic certificate publication related information which is registered on the certificate database. And the result of the verification is notified to a client. A settlement processing unit(240) notifies the settlement details to a credit card company to subtract it from credit card points, and to a game server to pay cyber money, through a VAN(Value Added Network) server.
