A feed block for forming a multi-layered thermoplastic product is provided to thin a film by forming a tapered protrusion at a partition plate facing an extended path of a forming plate. A feed block for forming a multi-layered thermoplastic product comprises a laminated body including a plurality of forming plates(F) and a plurality of partition plates(P) which are piled alternately. A plurality of holes(B1~B5) are arranged on the forming plate. An extended path(R) extends from one among the holes to the one edge. The partition plate includes a plurality of holes which are communicated with the holes of the forming plate. The extended path of the forming plate communicates with the hole of the partition plate. Different or same molten resin is injected through the holes of the forming plate. Resin injected through an inlet of the extended path discharged through an outlet(22) which is separated.
