A substrate fixing apparatus of a conveyer system is provided to prevent the substrates moved by a conveyor belt from bending since the arrangement and fixing of the substrates is achieved by lifting of a backup table, and to minimize the driving error, size and manufacturing costs of the apparatus with its simplified components. A substrate fixing apparatus(190) of a conveyer system for arranging and fixing a substrate(90) moved by a conveyor belt, the apparatus comprises a fixing device(192), a backup table(191), and a rotating body(196). The fixing device is mounted on one side of a first conveyor belt(134), and whose at least one side is disposed above the first conveyor belt. The backup table, mounted below the conveyor belt, pushes up the substrate to the side of the fixing device. The rotating body, assembled to the fixing device to make contact with one end of the substrate which is pushed up by the backup table, rotates in a predetermined angle when making contact with the substrate, and guides the substrate to the side of the fixing device. The fixing device comprises a horizontal side(193) disposed higher than the first conveyor belt, and horizontal with respect to the first conveyor belt, and a vertical side(194) spaced away from the one end of the substrate to guide the substrate, in connection with the horizontal side and vertically disposed with the first conveyor belt. The substrate is secured between the horizontal side of the fixing device and the upper surface of the backup table.
