An anti-sleeping band using heterogeneous metals as bioelectrolytes is provided to improve the information treatment capability of the nerve ciliary system while imparting skin cooling and refreshing effect, thereby accelerating memory, learning and creative quality in the brain. An anti-sleeping band using heterogeneous metals as bioelectrolytes comprises a non-woven fabric(2), a gelled body composition(4) attached to and formed at one side of the non-woven fabric, heterogeneous metals(3,5) inserted into the gelled body composition, and a double-sided tape attached to both ends of the non-woven fabric. The heterogeneous metals include aluminum and copper.
