A power steering pump structure is provided to prevent degradation of durability due to a high pressure and noise generation in operation by generating hydraulic pressure in inverse proportional to a vehicle speed. A power steering pump structure comprises a tension spring(10) inserted into an inner lower end of an operating groove(7) formed in a rotor(4), a first vane(20) provided in the operating groove so as to receive tension force of the tension spring, and a second vane(30) provided above the first vane and connected to the first vane by a rotation shaft.
