A conical flask type bio agitation vessel is provided to agitate biological material-containing solution in the vessel with reduced rotation and average shear, so that it is useful for cultivation of animals and plants susceptible to shock and shear. A conical flask type bio agitation vessel for performing vibrational agitation without an agitation impeller or shaft comprises a current cylindrical pole having a section shape of a cross, wherein the current cylindrical pole is installed in the center of the free surface and inserted into the flask, and has 20-30% diameter of vessel diameter.
