A speaker device (100,200,300) includes a vibration system (20) having a frame (1), first and second voice coils (4), a voice coil bobbin (2) and a diaphragm (5); a magnetic circuit holder (10); and a magnetic circuit system (30) having a yoke (9), a magnet (8) and first and second plates (7). The first and second voice coils (4) are wound around the voice coil bobbin (2) with a constant space. The first plate (7a), the magnet (8) and the second plate (7b) are fixed onto a pole portion (1a) of the frame (1) in an upward order, respectively. The annular yoke (9) is mounted onto a predetermined position of the magnetic circuit holder (10) formed into a mushroom shape, and the magnetic circuit holder (10) is fixed onto the second plate (7b) via a bolt (14).
