A solid preparation of solid dispersion is provided to improve rapidness of disintegration and release of a poorly soluble drug, and inhibit disintegration lowering of solid dispersion tablet by using a specific low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose as a disintegrant. A solid preparation of solid dispersion comprises a poorly soluble drug, a water-soluble polymer and a disintegrant, and further comprises an excipient, wherein the disintegrant is low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose having an average diameter of 10-100 mum, specific surface area of 1.0 m^2/g or more measured by BET(Brunauer, Emmett and Teller) method, bulk density of 0.30 g/ml, elasticity recovery rate of 7% when it is press molded at press molding pressure of 50 MPa, swelling volume increase rate and speed of 300% and 100%/min at absorption and repose angle of 42°; and the water-soluble polymer is selected from alkylcellulose, hydroxyalkylcellulose, hydroxyalkylalkylcellulose, polyvinylalcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The solid preparation of solid dispersion is prepared by spraying the poorly soluble drug-dispersed or solubilized water-soluble polymer solution to the powder of low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, and assembling and drying the powder.
