An apparatus for preventing vehicle body rising is provided to combine a suspension assembly to the vehicle body safely and smoothly by enabling an operator to prevent vehicle body rising easily. An apparatus for preventing vehicle body rising comprises a body(1) formed of a linear member, a plug(3) combined to an upper end of the body, a hook(5) hinged to an upper end of the plug symmetrically to each other, an operating rod(9) including a spool movable linearly in the body and passing through the plug to be connected to a space provided with the hook, a link(11) connecting the operating rod and hook with each other, a spring interposed between the spool and plug, a releasing lever(15) provided at an opening of the body for converting a state of the spool elastically supported by the spring, and a sliding pipe(17) inserted into an outer circumference surface of the body and moving the operating rod linearly by linear movement.
