The band-element has opposing ends joined to the wear plate to form a loop configured to be located around a load fork with the wear-plate positioned on the lower face of the fork. The band-element has a thickness substantially smaller than the thickness of the wear plate, and a fastener is located within the wear-plate configured to apply a clamping force to a load fork during use. |
