A mobile terminal having an information display function and a method thereof are provided to offer application-associated information to a user according to the user's terminal usage capability or frequency in use of applications. A mobile terminal having an information display function comprises an input part(110), a memory(120), a control part(130), and a display part(140). The input part(110) inputs a condition to adjust application-associated information which will be displayed to the user. The memory(120) classifies and manages many pieces of application-associated information by conditions. The control part(130) extracts application-associated information corresponding to an inputted condition from the memory(120). The display part(140) displays the extracted application-associated information.
