A driving IC unit and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to prevent image quality deterioration caused by noise during panel display by enforcing ground by expanding a sub ground unit path in another surface except a ground line of one surface where a driving IC is mounted. A driving IC(Integrated Circuit) unit(30) comprises a base film(31), a driving IC(35), a wiring unit(37), a sub ground unit(33) and a connection unit. The driving IC is mounted in one surface of the base film, and the wiring unit comprises a signal line and a ground line. The signal line is formed in one surface of the base film to transmit signals. The ground line is for ground of the driving IC. The sub ground unit is formed in the other surface of the base film. The connection unit electrically connects the sub ground unit with the ground line of the driving IC. |
