A track type solar thermal electric power generation system is provided to improve an electric power generation condition by using a plurality of power generation and tracking apparatuses and unit control devices for driving the tracking apparatuses individually and integrally. A plurality of power generation and tracking apparatuses(100) are controlled in response to a control signal from a main control apparatus(200) to be rotated and tilted according to a position of the sun. The respective power generation and tracking apparatuses have a unit control device(300) for performing fine control. Each of the power generation and tracking apparatus includes a rotating motor, a main shaft(3), a condensing plate(10), and a unit cell(15). The rotating motor rotates the main shaft under the control of a rotation angle controller. The condensing plate is rotatably installed on the main shaft through a transverse shaft. A tilting motor is installed on the transverse shaft. The condensing plate charges electricity generated by the unit cell into a storage battery.
