A bandgap reference voltage generation circuit is provided to generate a bandgap reference voltage stably by solving operation error problem of an initialization signal according to the increase of a supply voltage. A bandgap reference voltage generation part(400) generates a reference voltage. A startup bias part(100) generates a startup signal to initialize an input voltage of an operational amplifier in the bandgap voltage generation part and a bias signal to control the current intensity flowing in the operational amplifier. A full swing part(200) pulls down or pulls up the startup signal level according to the startup signal level. An input voltage supply part(300) transfers a supply voltage to an input port of the operational amplifier according to the output of the full swing part.
