A building ventilation system with radiant heat blocking function is provided to introduce natural ventilation for minimizing installation and management cost for the ventilation system, prevent room temperature increase due to the solar radiation heat, and achieve effective exhaust of room air by employing the solar radiation heat to stack effect. A building ventilation system with a radiant heat blocking function includes a vertical path(100) defined from room spaces(44) by a vertical wall(11) and extended from an atmospheric air inlet path(66) of a basement space or a lower floor part to a slab of a top floor part in a building. An exterior curtain wall(200) is mounted outside an outer wall(22) of the building with a predetermined distance for surrounding the outside of the building. An atmospheric air supply element(300) supplies air rising upward via the vertical path to the room spaces. An exhaust duct(400) exhaust room air of the room space via the space defined between the outer wall and the exterior curtain wall.
