摘要 A circuit for measuring discontinuous metal insulator transition(MIT) continuously and an MIT sensor using the same circuit are provided to realize an image sensor used for a digital camera by sensing the intensity of light. A circuit for measuring discontinuous metal insulator transition(MIT) continuously includes a measured target unit(100), a power supply unit(800), a measuring unit(500), and a control unit. The measured target unit includes an MIT element(120) causing the discontinuous MIT in a transition voltage. The power supply unit applies a current or voltage of a predetermined pulse to the measured target unit. The measuring unit measures the discontinuous MIT of the MIT element. The control unit controls the power supply unit and the measuring unit. The measuring includes a microprocessor(700). The measured target unit includes a protection resistor(150). The power supply unit includes an operation amplifier. The measuring includes a comparator, an edge triggered flip-flop, or a sample holder(520).
