<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system, a data transmission method, a data transmission apparatus, and a data reception apparatus which can maintain synchronization of transmission and reception even when the transmission apparatus, the reception apparatus and a transmission path are not operating with the same clock. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission apparatus 110 transmits a data packet as an access unit to the transmission path 100 by deleting a preamble or/and parity from data generated by a data generating means 111 and adding a data length field and backup bits and the reception apparatus 120 reconstitutes data by adding the deleted preamble or/and parity to received data; and a clock control means 126 adjusts the speed of a data readout clock for sending data out to a data processing means 121 according to the amount of buffer accumulation from a reception-side buffer means 124. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
