A heat-sink of a plasma display device is provided to enhance productivity by performing continuously a pressing process, a forging process, and a cutting process, and to increase a surface area thereof by bending a bead. A plurality of beads(104) are bent to a front surface of a flat plate part(105) in order to be protruded. The beads are formed in top/bottom directions of the flat plate part. A bent part(102) is bent from an edge to a rear surface of the flat plate part. A heat-sink includes an external air path formed between the beads and an internal air path formed at the inside of the beads. An air floating hole(106) is formed at one end of the bead in order to connect the internal air path with the external air path.
