A tail trim assembly for a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce noise from a main muffler and back pressure in cooperation with the main muffler. A tail trim assembly(2) for a vehicle includes a first cylindrical member(4), a second cylindrical member(6), a plurality of chambers(8,10,12), a plurality of baffles(14,16,18), a sealing unit, and an outer tube member(22). The first cylindrical member has a small diameter portion(24) and a large diameter portion. The second cylindrical member has a small diameter portion fitted to the large diameter portion of the first cylindrical member and an expanded portion gradually increasing from the rear end of the small diameter portion. The chambers are formed on the outer surface of the large diameter portion of the first cylindrical member. The baffles are formed on both sides of the chambers. The sealing unit increases/decreases opening area of the hole of the large diameter portion of the first cylindrical member in accordance with exhaust pressure. The outer tube member houses components of the tail trim assembly.
