摘要 A method for managing accuracy for ship construction is provided to monitor dimension quality of each product and analyze the accumulated dimension quality by measuring the dimension quality of each product by an automatic measurer and comparing a measured value with a designed value. An automatic measurer measures and transmits dimensions of each product to a central server(S100). The central server compares the dimensions of a product with the dimensions of design drawing, and transmits a compared value to the automatic measurer(S200). The central server transmits a quality analysis result of each product to the automatic measurer wherein the quality analysis result, which uses the compared value based on statistical concept(S300). The central server calculates a remaining deformation control plan for each process by using a large structure analysis technique(S600). The central server verifies effect of the remaining deformation control plan through remaining deformation simulation(S700). A quantity analysis server stores the dimensions, the compared value, and a quality analysis result of each product.
