A proxy driver service system is provided to transmit information on service charges and proxy drivers to a mobile terminal of a client to allow the client to select a desired proxy driver so as to provide the optimum proxy driver service by using a bidding method. In a proxy driver service system, a client is connected to a proxy driver service server(200) through a mobile terminal(100) of the client, transmits information on the position of the client, a departure point and destination to the proxy driver service server and requests the proxy driver service server to provide a proxy driver service. The proxy driver service server receives the request, searches proxy drivers located in a predetermined range based on the received position information and transmits a service request signal of the client to mobile terminals(400) of the searched proxy drivers. Each proxy driver input a charge for the service through his mobile terminal based on the departure information and destination information included in the service request signal and transmits the charge to the service server to bid for the proxy driver service. The service server receives bidding information transmitted from a plurality of proxy driver terminals, generates a proxy driver list including information on the proxy drivers and provides the proxy driver list to the terminal of the client. The client selects a proxy driver from the proxy driver list. |
