A midsole having a side recess for use in a health shoe for rolling motion is provided to improve the cushion effects in all directions by forming side recesses in front and rear directions on both sides thereof. Side recesses are formed in front and rear directions on a midsole having a side recess for use in a health shoe for rolling motion. A shank having high elasticity is embedded in the midsole. A tunnel portion is mounted on a heel along the shape of an inclined curved surface. The shank(29) is formed to have the shape of a plate material according to the outer shape of the insole. The front portion of the shank is divided into several parts by forming plural slits(29a). Ribs(29b) in the shape of a bead are formed in front and rear directions on the center portion of the shank. |
