PACKAGE INTEGRITY INDICATING CLOSURE

A package integrity indicating closure is provided to indicate that a package is opened before, as a consumer is able to observe the inside of a container through a window part of a second panel attached on a sealing panel after the container is opened and sealed again. A package integrity indicating closure(11) has a package integrity specifying unit and inner and outer film layers(12,13) for forming an upper part of a container. The outer film layer has a sealing panel(26) for completely covering first and second panels(42) of the inner film layer. The sealing panel is permanently attached on the second panel. The sealing panel is attached to a portion of the inner film layer around the peripheral part of the first panel to be sealed again, so that an opening(24) is formed in the upper part when the sealing panel attached to the first panel is separated from the upper part. When the sealing panel is returned for the upper part, the sealing panel is sealed for the upper part again to seal up the opening. The package integrity specifying unit has the second panel of the inner layer separated from the sealing panel, to indicate that the container is opened before.
