A polishing flap wheel is provided to prevent polished powder from attaching by discharging polished powders through spaces formed between sandpaper bundle. A polishing flap wheel comprises a wheel shaft(2), sandpaper bundles(3), and a space(4). The sandpaper bundle has a plurality of sandpapers(1). The sandpaper bundles are attached to the outer surface of the wheel shaft, having the space formed at a predetermined interval. A spacer(5) is attached to the bottom of the space.
