APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CARBON MONOXIDE IN THE WASTE GAS OF SINTER MACHINE

An apparatus for treating carbon monoxide contained in exhaust gas of a sinter furnace is provided to prevent a carbon monoxide catalyst from being poisoned while removing the carbon monoxide, by jetting a reactant to exhaust gas using a nozzle installed on a moving path of the exhaust gas. At least one nozzle(8) is connected to an exhaust pipe(2), through which exhaust gas is inputted, to jet a reactant to the exhaust gas. At least one carbon monoxide removing catalyst layer is disposed at the rear of the nozzle to remove carbon monoxide contained in the exhaust gas. A storage tank(14) stores the reactant jetted from the nozzle. The exhaust gas passed by the catalyst layer is exhausted through an exhaust port(6).
