A system for inspecting insertion state of a bush is provided to sort inferior goods accurately after inserting the bush by installing a vibration sensor to a jig, amplifying a signal output by the vibration sensor, and checking fluctuation of the amplified signal. A system for inspecting insertion state of a bush comprises a vibration sensor(3), an amplifier(5), and a controller(9). The vibration sensor is installed on a pressing jig(1). The amplifier is installed to amplify a signal of the vibration sensor. The controller is configured to determine insertion state of the bush according to fluctuation of frequency of a signal transmitted by the amplifier. The controller determines upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency to be compared with frequency of the signal from the amplifier. If the frequency of the signal from the amplifier fluctuates between the upper limit frequency and the lower limit frequency, the insertion state of the bush is good. |
