A structure of a rainwater drainer in a roof side of a bus is provided to restrain the overflow of the rainwater by a resilient member formed on the inner surface of the drainer even when the bus stops suddenly. A structure of a rainwater drainer in a roof side of a bus comprises a curved attachment portion(210) formed on the upper lateral surface of the roof side, and a curved pedestal portion(220) extending to the lower end of the attachment portion. An overflowing prevention portion(230) is provided to extend in an upward direction together with the pedestal portion. A dispersing prevention portion(240) includes a bent part(241), which extends to the upper end of the attachment portion and has an end curved to the bottom inside direction. The bent part of the dispersing prevention portion is provided at the inside thereof with at least two resilient members(250) integrally formed in order.
