A chassis inspection system for an LCD panel is provided to measure a shape(size and location of a hole) of the chassis by using plural line cameras, thereby exactly measuring a standard of the chassis. A transfer device(10) transfers a chassis for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel in one direction. A first inspection device(30) is installed in a transfer line of the transfer device, and photographs the rear of the chassis. A first moving device moves the first inspection device in a direction parallel to the rear of the chassis. A second inspection device(50) is installed in the transfer line of the transfer device, and respectively photographs a plane and a side of the chassis. A third inspection device(60) is installed in the transfer line of the transfer device, and photographs the front of the chassis. A second moving device moves the third inspection device in a direction parallel to the front of the chassis. A control device(80) stores standard information of the LCD panel chassis, and controls the transfer device, the inspection devices and the moving devices by being electrically connected to the devices. The control device stores information about images, photographed in each line camera, to compare the information with the standard information. A selecting device(70) extracts inferior goods from the transfer device based on inspection information of each chassis stored in the control device. |
