A winding driving machine for a streetlight with a detachable lighting part is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the streetlight by operating the streetlights with a portable winding unit. An electric pole(10) includes a winding unit having a winding part for winding a wire around a rotation shaft and a mounting part(300) detachably engaged with a winding driving machine(100). A winding driving machine has a motor(104) installed in the housing and switches(115,116,117) controlling operation of the motor. The rotation shaft of the motor protrudes outwardly from the housing, and has a gear meshed with any one of gears of the winding unit when the housing is mounted on the mounting part.
