MULTIPLE TEMPERATURE INSENSITIVE ARRAYED WAVEGUIDE GRATING MODULE AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A multiple temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and a size of the module to effectively use a space inside a communication system. A multiple temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating module is formed by separating a temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating circuit constituting first and second temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating modules into a first part and a second part from a chip. The first temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating module is separated into a first part(8a) including an input waveguide(1a) of the first temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating circuit and a third part(9) including an output waveguide(2a) of the first temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating circuit other than the first part. The second temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating module is separated into a second part(8b) including an input waveguide(1b) of the second temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating circuit and the third part including an output waveguide(2b) of the second temperature insensitive arrayed waveguide grating circuit other than the second part.
