An electrical power line insulator with an end clamp is provided to use a work tool to move a wire by easily mounting the work tool and firmly fix and release the wire to/from a saddle with a keeper by simply rotating a bolt. An electrical power line insulator comprises a saddle(111), a clamp(110), a keeper(150), an end clamp(100), and an insulating housing. The saddle supports a wire. The clamp is constructed by a track formed on a front surface of the saddle. The keeper presses and fixes the wire received in the saddle. The end clamp has a bolt(160) and a nut(163) to screw-couple the keeper and the saddle to horizontally move the keeper held in the track. The insulating housing is mounted to a support. The end clamp and the insulating housing are separated and assembled by a cylindrical clamp base of the clamp and a bolt(180) and a nut(182) for coupling an assembly cylindrical unit(172) of an upper fixing unit(170).
