A keypad equipped with transparent touch switches is provided to offer more switches and a simpler manufacturing method than a touch screen mode, and realize excellent durability by forming a pattern in a matrix mode while forming the pattern in printing or etching by forming a transparent conductive circuit on an opposite surface of a touched surface. A durable transparent panel(1) such as a transparent acrylic or glass panel is used as an LCD protection window. A widthwise switch circuit pattern(4) is coated on each switch key with a constant area while forming a plurality of lines by printing or etching a transparent conductive material on a rear surface of the transparent panel. First insulation(6) is coated on an upper surface of the widthwise switch circuit pattern excluding a terminal part(8). A lengthwise switch circuit pattern(5) is coated on each switch key with the constant area while forming a plurality of lines in a matrix structure by printing or etching a transparent conductive material on the upper surface of the first insulation. The terminal part is connected to the widthwise/lengthwise switch circuit pattern in one side of the transparent panel and is connected to a terminal(11) formed to an external touch switch driving IC module(10).
