发明名称 RUBBER CRAWLER TRACK FOR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
摘要 The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration ornamentation and pattern of the outer and inner surfaces of the Rubber Crawler Track for All-Terrain Vehicle as shown in the drawings; the rubber crawler track for all-terrain vehicle can be of varying length and has a tread pattern thereon which repeats itself consistently along the entire outer surface thereof; the tread pattern on the outer surface has two identical aligned rows of equispaced, generally identical projections situated along opposite sides thereof with a narrow space extending along the outer surface between the two rows; each projection has a generally curved H-shape with a flat upper surface and side surfaces which extend outwardly from the upper surface a short distance to the outer surface of the rubber crawler track for all-terrain vehicle; each row of H-shaped projections is displaced axially relative to the other such that the spaces between adjacent projections of one row are aligned with the central gap between the inner arms of the H-shaped projections of the other row; the inner surface of the rubber crawler track for all-terrain vehicle has a central row of spaced-apart generally identical projections each having sloped forward, rear and side surfaces, the forward and rear surfaces converge inwards away from the inner surface to a narrow, laterally extending inner surface portion, the side surfaces of each projection slope gradually outwards away from the narrow inner surface portion to the inner surface of the rubber crawler track for all-terrain vehicle.Disclaimer: The oblong shape of the Rubber Crawler Track for All-Terrain Vehicle does not form part of the present design.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the Rubber Crawler Track for All-Terrain Vehicle;Fig. 2 is a perspective fragmentary view of a representative repeat tread pattern on the outer surface of the Rubber Crawler Track for All-Terrain Vehicle;Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary plan view of the representative repeat tread pattern on the outer surface of the Rubber Crawler Track for All-Terrain Vehicle of Fig. 2;Fig. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary bottom view of the representative repeat tread pattern of Fig. 3;Fig. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary left side elevation view of the representative repeat tread pattern of Fig. 3;Fig. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary right side elevation view of the representative repeat tread pattern of Fig. 3;Fig. 7 is a top plan view of the representative repeat tread pattern of Fig. 3;Fig. 8 is a bottom view of the representative repeat pattern of Fig. 3;Fig. 9 is an enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional view taken along line 9-9 of Fig. 3; andFig. 10 is an enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional view taken along line 10-10 of Fig. 3.Diagrams of the design are included.
