A plant for the slope and an operating method thereof are provided to minimize the waste of materials and to shorten working time by pouring a great quantity of sand and cement into a hopper and supplying a fixed quantity of sand and cement by a measuring weight and to facilitate works in the small place by simplifying equipment. An operating method of a plant for the slope comprises the steps of: pouring sand and cement into first and second hoppers(181,191); weighing the sand and cement; supplying the mixed materials to a plant(15) exclusive for wet material; discharging the material from the plant for wet material through a spraying discharge unit; and spraying the material through a discharge pipe. |
