A ubiquitous roulette apparatus and a control method for the same are provided to make the work of changing the guide message of the product that is won by a user easier. A ubiquitous roulette apparatus includes a rotary disk(100), plural RF tags(200), an RF reader(300) and a control portion. The control portion receives the unique number and the product guiding data of the RF tags read from the RF reader, to decide that the rotary disk rotates when the unique numbers and the product guide data change continuously, and decide that the rotary disk stops when the unique numbers and the product guide coincide for a predetermined time, and make a sound output of the product guide data of the concerned RF tags.
