An endoscope cover comprising noble metals is provided to prevent cross infection with the others and sterilize bacillus, germ and microbe, by enclosing an insertion portion of an endoscope with the cover having sterilizing power. An endoscope insertion portion and an endoscope cover(180) are fixed to an endoscope body by a cover fixture. A cover lens portion(260) is provided with pores(220) or slots which are communicated with or are symmetrical to an endoscope lens portion and a tissue picking passage. The pores and the cover lens portion are covered by a cover lens fixing portion(240). The body of the endoscope cover is made of nano-powder selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, platinum, titan, iridium and palladium.
