<p>A pre-treatment method and a pre-treatment apparatus for sorting municipal solid wastes into municipal solid wastes for bio-energy, refused derived fuels and other regenerated resources per types of the municipal solid wastes through a multiple step treatment process before reclaiming or incinerating the municipal solid wastes are provided. An apparatus for pre-treatment of municipal solid wastes comprises: a first sorting means(1) comprising a vibrating hopper(11) and a Trommel screen(12); a first combustible separating and odor removing means(2) for blow-sorting organic waste into combustible and organic waste and heating a portion of air used in blow-sorting to transfer the heated air to the bio-treating means; a combustible and incombustible separating means(3) comprising a cyclone blowing means(31) and an air conveyor(32) for sorting non-organic waste supplied from the first sorting means into combustible waste and incombustible waste again; a bio-treating means(4) for treating organic waste supplied from the first combustible separating and odor removing means using hot air containing odor supplied from the first combustible separating and odor removing means and the combustible and incombustible separating means; a refused derived fuel preparing means(5) for preparing refused derived fuels from materials for the refused derived fuels supplied from the combustible and incombustible separating means; and a sawdust and chip manufacturing means(6) for manufacturing sawdust or wooden chips by processing wood supplied from the combustible and incombustible separating means.</p> |
