A multi-layered plastic board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have low coefficient of linear expansion, excellent dimensional stability and high gas barrier property, as well as high chemical resistance. First organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layers(115a,115b) are laminated on both surfaces of bonded plastic films(110a,110b). Gas barrier layers(120a-n,120b-n) and polysilazane layers are laminated on each top surface of the first organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layers, regardless of an order. Second organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layer(130a,130b) are laminated on the top surface of the gas barrier or polysilazane layer. The plastic film is made of any one selected from the group consisting of a polymer, at least one polymer blend and a polymer material containing an organic or inorganic additive.
