A signal input/output device and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to read out simultaneously data signals stored in whole data memory by synchronizing one of clock signals in respective channels. A signal input/output device includes plural receivers(220), plural data memories(260), and a controller(240). The receivers receive data, clock, and data enable signals from outside through plural channels. The data memories receive the data, clock, and data enable signals from the receivers, store the data signal in response to a write signal, and output the stored data signal in response to an activated read out signal. The controller supplies the read out signal to the data memories in response to the data enable signal and one of clock signals from the receivers, and supplies the write signal to the data memories while reading out the data signal from the data memories.
