APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING DISTILLATES

An extract producing apparatus is provided to increase the recovery rate by reducing the influence of the air by combining an odor repressing recovery device with a dissolved gas condenser. An extract producing apparatus is composed of: an electric furnace type carbonization kiln(10) using the smoke generated during carbonizing raw materials by high-temperature heating; a spiral dissolved gas condenser(20) combined with the carbonization kiln to receive the smoke from the carbonization kiln, and to cool and condense the smoke; and an odor repressing recovery device(100) joined to the end of the dissolved gas condenser to recover extract condensed in the dissolved gas condenser and to repress the offensive odor of the dissolved gas passing through the dissolved gas condenser and discharging of pollutants. The carbonization kiln comprises a closed container-shaped body opened and closed by a cover to burn the raw material incompletely while the supply of the air is restricted; a carbonization net(11) disposed in the body; a support(12) propping up the carbonization net; a heating coil(13) aligned along the wall and bottom of the body to increase temperature; a gas pipe connecting unit(14) delivering nitrogen gas to the inside of the body to fill the body with nitrogen; a thermometer(15) measuring the internal temperature of the carbonization kiln; a smoke passage pipe(16) installed at the upper part of the carbonization kiln; a cleaning water back-flow preventing valve(17) installed at the smoke passage pipe; and a cleaning water inflow valve(18) connected to a combining part of the smoke passage pipe corresponding to the cleaning water back-flow preventing valve and the dissolved gas condenser.
