A flasher unit having a parking lamp function is provided to enhance user convenience by enabling a driver to turn on a parking lamp using a directional lamp manipulation lever. A turn signal power module(61) supplies a turn-on/turn-off power to a lamp for turning on/off a lamp(63,64), when a directional lamp manipulation lever is operated at a power on state. A turn signal contact portion monitors upper and lower contacts, when the directional lamp manipulation lever is operated at the power on state. A parking lamp power module(60) continuously supplies the turn on power to a parking lamp, when the directional lamp manipulation lever is operated at a power off state. A parking lamp controller(74,76) monitors the upper and lower contacts, when the directional lamp manipulation lever is operated at the power off state.
