An engagement structure of a head lamp for a vehicle is provided to maximize a light emitting angle of a lens by forming bumps on the lens using a transparent material. A head lamp housing(20) is coupled with a head lamp lens(10) from behind. An FEM(Front End Module) carrier is coupled with the head lamp housing from behind. A first bump(12) is formed outside the head lamp lens around a coupling portion of the head lamp lens. A second bump(14) is formed outside the head lamp lens with a constant distance from the first bump. A matching cover groove(13) is formed between the first and second bumps. An insertion portion(11) is elongated from the first bump to the head lamp housing. A support portion(22) is elongated from inside the head lamp lens to the head lamp lens along a coupling portion of the head lamp housing. An auxiliary support portion(24) is elongated upwards from an upper surface of the support portion and bent at an end portion of the head lamp lens. An insertion groove(23) is formed between the support portion and the auxiliary support portion. A matching cover flange(25) is formed on the coupling portion of the head lamp housing, such that the head lamp housing is coupled with the FEM carrier. A fixing bump(26) is formed downwards from an end portion of the matching cover flange, which is close to the head lamp lens.
