A structure for mounting a door weatherstrip of a vehicle is provided to securely mount the weatherstrip on a door of the vehicle by using a stopping groove formed in a door panel and a stopping protrusion formed in the weatherstrip. A door weatherstrip mounting structure comprises a hemming flange(11c) to which front ends of an inner panel(11a) and an outer panel(11b) of a door is coupled. The hemming flange is fitted into a coupling groove(12a) in a weatherstrip(12). A plurality of protrusions(12b) are formed in an inner surface of the coupling groove to enhance the attaching force between the coupling groove and the hemming flange. A stopping groove(11d) is formed in the inner panel. A stopping protrusion(12c) formed in the weatherstrip is inserted into the stopping groove.
