A touch screen, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device equipped with the same are provided to perform a touch screen function without degrading properties of a display device, and apply to a large or mobile display device by increasing thickness and size of the display device. A frequency generator(100,300) generates a signal having a predetermined frequency. A frequency receiver(200,400) receives a signal having a predetermined frequency. The frequency generator and the frequency receiver face each other on an upper side of a screen display part(10) of the display device. The frequency generator includes a first electrode(20), a piezoelectric layer(30) formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode(40) formed on the piezoelectric layer. A protective layer is formed on an upper part of whole structure.
